The 7th VP Choice Awards (VPCA) introduces a refreshed nomination system that aims to actively engage the Pipol and empower institutions in recognizing the most deserving personalities as official nominees.

Just like in previous years, the nomination process will consist of:

• Public Nominations
  
• Focus Group Discussions (FGD)
  
• Agency and Institutional Nominations (introduced last year)
  
• Pi-PoLL Power Pick – where winners secure an automatic nomination slot through public voting
  

For 2025, select categories under the Entertainment Division will each have one automatic nominee through the Pi-PoLL Power Pick. The remaining slots will undergo the VP Editorial Team and FGD evaluation process.

Timeline

• Public Nomination: October 5 – November 30, 2025
  
• Pi-PoLL Power Pick: September 30 – December 15, 2025
  
• Agency & Institutional Nominations: Starting November 2025

How to Nominate

1. Public Nomination

Via Facebook

• From October 5 to November 30, 2025, official nomination posts will be published per category under Entertainment (TV, Movie, Music, Social Media) and Lifestyle.
  
• To nominate: Comment the name of the person or brand under the post you wish to nominate and include the hashtag #7thVPCANominate.
  

Via X (formerly Twitter)

• Follow PIPOL (x.com/pipolmgzn) and VP Choice Awards (x.com/vpchoiceawards).
  
• From October 5 to November 30, 2025, official nomination posts will be published per category under Entertainment (TV, Movie, Music, Social Media) and Lifestyle.
  
• To nominate: Quote the official nomination post, write the name of the person or brand, and use the hashtag #7thVPCANominate.

2. Agency & Institutional Nomination

Official invitations will be sent to agencies, organizations, and institutions to nominate representatives in selected award categories.

3. Pi-PoLL Power Pick

The Pi-PoLL Power Pick is a special nomination pathway that gives the Pipol the power to directly nominate their favorites in pre-selected categories. Winners of each Pi-PoLL voting batch automatically earn a nomination spot ahead of the editorial deliberations.

How to Nominate

• Follow PIPOL and VP Choice Awards on Facebook.
• Check the official Pi-PoLL Power Pick post and comment your chosen nominee.
• Nominees are pre-selected by the VP & PIPOL Editorial Team through social media listening and survey results.
  

How to Vote

• Voting is available via the official web voting portal powered by Choicely at https://vpchoiceawards.com/powerpick/
• Pi-PoLL Power Pick voting runs for 15 days per batch with FREE votes every hour.
• Weekly vote updates will be released every Wednesday & Friday via the official VPCA Social Media accounts.
  • Please only follow the VP Choice Awards Social Media pages on Facebook, X, and Instagram with the blue verified badge.
• Vote Boosts will be available three days before each batch ends, with voting packages offered for additional support.
• The voting still follows strict and secure compliance through the Choicely system.

Strict Compliance & Guidelines

• Only votes that follow the official Voting Rules & Procedures will be counted.
• Third-party voting services are strictly prohibited. The Choicely app is equipped with anti-bot security measures.
• Avoid uninstalling and reinstalling the app while voting is ongoing to prevent losing data on your phone. Don’t worry—your previous votes are still counted and securely stored on Choicely’s server.
• To keep results fair, Choicely’s security system automatically audits and recounts all votes at the end of the voting period to detect and remove spam or bot-generated entries.
• The VPCA and Choicely Administrators reserve the right to reject votes from individuals found tampering with the voting process or engaging in unsportsmanlike behavior.

Pi-PoLL Power Pick Advantage

• Winning a Pi-PoLL Power Pick guarantees an automatic nomination in the 7th VP Choice Awards.
  
• In addition, Pi-PoLL Power Pick winners will receive a 7% vote bonus advantage during the Final Pi-PoLL Voting in February 2025.
  • Example: If a nominee receives 10,000 votes in the final voting, they will be granted an additional 7% bonus (700 votes), bringing their total to 10,700 votes.

Important Notes

• Potential nominees—including those who did not win a Pi-PoLL Power Pick—will still undergo evaluation by the VP Editorial Team and industry experts during the deliberation phase.
  
• Pi-PoLL Power Pick winners will compete alongside the final list of nominees in the official online voting period, which will run for one month.

Evaluation Process

• All nominations will undergo review by the VP Editorial Team, industry experts, and FGDs.
  
• Winners of the Pi-PoLL Power Pick will automatically secure nomination slots and bypass the evaluation phase.
