Now in its second year, PIPOL mgZn presents Face of the Year, a special category under the prestigious VP Choice Awards, celebrating the country’s most beautiful faces.
This recognition honors personalities who embody beauty, charisma, and influence through the eyes of the Filipino audience—the PIPOL’s Choice. It celebrates male and female personalities whose beauty and public presence extend beyond physical appearance.
Through this annual search, PIPOL mgZn and VP Choice Awards recognize individuals who demonstrate confidence, originality, grace, and elegance while making a meaningful impression on their communities.
SELECTION PROCESS AND TIMELINE
The search will run from October 2026 to February 2027 through public nominations, monthly voting rounds, and final voting.
Each month, the organizers will select 20 nominees per category to compete in the monthly voting round. The Top 10 nominees per category, based on public voting results, will advance to the final stage.
After three monthly rounds, the search will produce 30 finalists per category: 10 finalists from each round. These finalists will compete in the final voting stage from January to February 2027.
The organizers will determine the final rankings through public voting, evaluation by the Panel of Experts, and assessment by the PIPOL Editorial Team. The Top 3 winners in each category will receive their awards at the 8th VP Choice Awards Night in April 2027.
