Taylor truly enjoys delighting her Swifties, as recently revealed an easter egg hours before the Grammys. She changed her social media display pictures to a sepia tone with a black-and-white effect.

The internet buzzed with confusion, mistaking it for her re-recording of her 6th album, ‘Reputation (Taylor’s Version)‘ due to its photo effect. However, during the award ceremony, she revealed that she’ll release a new album.

“My brand new album, comes out April 19th. It’s called The Tortured Poets Department,”

Additionally, she symbolically marked the onset of her new era by updating her social media profile picture into a new one.

Furthermore, the Grammys 2024 brought even more thrilling moments and surprises

The evening extends beyond the debut of the new album. Taylor also clinched the ‘Album of the Year‘ award for her latest masterpiece, Midnights. And during her acceptance speech, Taylor praised Lana Del Ray, her co-artist on her song ‘Snow On The Beach.’

“I think so many female artists would not be where they are and would not have the inspiration they have if it weren’t for the work that she’s done. I think she’s a legacy artist, a legend in her prime right now.”

Furthermore, in her speech, she also expressed gratitude to her longtime producer, Jack Antonoff. He has been behind the production of most of her (and even Lana‘s) albums in the past few years.

Taylor thrives in a supportive artistic community, fueling her creative process. And we, Swifties, are all thankful for it. Don’t miss ‘The Tortured Poets Department‘ on April 19th!
