6th VP Choice Awards: List of Official Nominees Announced!

As the Village Pipol Choice Awards (VPCA) marks its 6th year, it proudly unveils its official list of nominees across various categories, including Business, Technology, Travel, Lifestyle, and Entertainment. Recognized as the most followed and engaging award-giving body in the Philippines, VPCA continues to attract millions of interactions and widespread reach each year.

This milestone sets the stage for a grand red carpet and awarding ceremony in May 2025, where top celebrities, influencers, and industry leaders will come together to celebrate excellence.

What to Expect at the 6th VPCA

Meticulously organized by Village Pipol and RED Entertainment, Inc., the selection process goes beyond public and online nominations. Exclusive submissions from agencies and focus group discussions are carefully reviewed by industry experts and the Village Pipol Editorial Team to ensure a well-curated list of nominees.

The official voting period will run from March 14 to April 15, 2025, with 50% of the results coming from public votes and the remaining 50% determined by the Panel of Experts and the Village Pipol Editorial Team.

Hall of Fame Inductees

This year, Pablo, Bubblies, and DonBelle earn their spots in the VPCA Hall of Fame after winning their respective categories for three consecutive years. Moving forward, Hall of Fame inductees will be eligible for continuous nominations, allowing them to secure multiple Hall of Fame recognitions. This highlights their sustained influence and contributions to the Pipol.

Meanwhile, the Pi-PoLL Power Pick feature, introduced last year, played an important role in shaping this year’s nominees. The most-voted candidates in select categories automatically secured an official nomination spot even before the VP Team evaluation and the official announcement.
