Meryll Soriano to star in a upcoming twin bill “EMULSYON”

Multi-awarded and ever-versatile actress Meryll Soriano once again will captivate audiences as she takes on the roles of “Felisa” and “Ma” in the highly anticipated twin bill “Emulsyon”. Running from November 8 to 23, 2024, at Erewhon Center for the Arts, Quezon City.

Produced by Apothecary Productions in the direction of Heart Romero, “Emulsyon” will feature two one-act plays namely: “Loyalist Redux” by Känakän-Balintagos and “Indigo Child” by Rody Vera. Casting light upon the impact and influence of Martial Law in molding Filipino families’ political culture and personal beliefs. The twin bill “Emulsyon” will emphasize the importance of remembering and confronting the Philippine historical era under the declaration of Martial Law

In a recent interview, Meryll Soriano shared her excitement for Indigo Child, confessing that she fell in love with the story the moment she read it. Although she admits the role was a challenge, the chance to work with fellow talented actor Elijah Canlas made it an opportunity she couldn’t pass up.
