Village Pipol, PIPOL mgZn join forces with Philippine Animal Welfare Society (PAWS)

In a heartwarming display of compassion and responsibility, Red Entertainment together with Village Pipol and PIPOL mgZn sealed a meaningful partnership with the Philippine Animal Welfare Society (PAWS) for the 7th VP Choice Awards.

This partnership aims to give a voice to the voiceless animals who often face neglect, abuse, and inhumane treatment without protection.

This collaboration brings together animal lovers, advocates, and the community to promote animal welfare and make a real difference in the lives of our PIPOL’s pets through the Spay-Neuter Outreach Program.

Kapon ang Solusyon Campaign

As PAWS believes that prevention is better than cure, they aim to promote a crucial procedure that helps prevent pet overpopulation and safeguard pets’ health.

“Napakaimportante po talaga ng kapon sa community natin. Dapat ang ating mga City Veterinarians or mga Municipal Agricultural Office ay kailangan din po nag-o-offer ng libreng kapon para mabawasan po yung problema sa stray animal or overpopulation,” Executive Director of PAWS Anna Cabrera said.

In addition, spaying allows pets to live longer, healthier lives, while also giving families more time to create meaningful memories together.

Thus, responsible pet ownership becomes an act of love, while also becoming a commitment to protect life.

PAWS continues this mission by offering libreng kapon services at their Quezon City shelter.

Love, Save, Adopt

Currently, PAWS shelters around 300 rescued animals, and each carries stories of abandonment, neglect, and painful abuse.

Despite these hardships, the organization continues to nurture them with care while preparing them for a second chance at love.

Through patience and compassion, PAWS helps each animal heal while ensuring they receive proper care and complete vaccinations.

“When you adopt from PAWS, you help us rescue more animals because space becomes available,” shared Sharon Yap, PAWS Education and Campaign Officer.

Through the Love, Save, Adopt Campaign, and with support from advocates like Alden Richards, Janella Salvador, and Heart Evangelista, PAWS encourages the PIPOL to choose adoption and give these animals the loving homes they truly deserve.
