Good news, mga paniki ni Zild! He recently posted the tracklist for his upcoming album, Superpower, set to drop this August 9. This new album consists of ten tracks we can vibe to.

Zild Releases Tracklist From His Upcoming Album ‘Superpower’

After releasing the first two tracks on June 20 and July 10, Zild Benitez finally revealed the remaining eight tracks this Wednesday. He’s also running an album countdown on his Spotify account, allowing listeners to pre-save his new album.

Superpower is Zild’s fourth studio album, and he expressed his excitement about it. Moreover, he’s eager for his fans to hear his new stories and get a glimpse of who he is now. He mentioned in his post that he feels both nervous and excited about this new release.

His last album, Medisina, released in 2022, explored mundane, youthful emotions, friendship, insecurities, and love. Additionally, this album delved into career frustrations, childhood nostalgia, and post-teen feelings.

Zild has always been known for articulating such emotions in song form, which is why we’re all excited to hear more from him in his upcoming album!

Superpower’s Visuals: Arts Beyond Music

The visuals for the album and music video were captured from the lens of THE Shaira Luna (@shairaluna) with layout and design by Raliug (@raliugaleinad). Additionally, Zild also gave credit to the Director of Photography and Colorist, Andrew Kyle Aquino (@akaquino) where we can find more visuals from his new album.

These visuals are from the music video for his first track, ‘Segurista‘. Moreover, the music video showcases a vibrant ensemble of colors and is set in a Philippine setting. The MV also shows some of the tracks from the album, igniting a sense of excitement among his listeners who recently saw the album tracklist.

Lia‘ is the second single from the album and it showcases the beauty of Japan. The music video complements this setting perfectly, capturing the atmosphere of the Land of the Rising Sun. Compared to the first music video, this one features a more bluish-grain effect, adding a dreamy feel that captures the essence of Japan.

So far, these are the things we know and observe about the upcoming album. Appreciating the beauty of an album is one of the supportive ways we can show our admiration for the artists and their creative team.

Truly, the art of music-making transcends our auditory senses. Zild’s team of creatives has channeled their artistic talents to produce a masterpiece. His work appeals not only to music lovers but also to those who appreciate photography and cinematography, thanks to its aesthetically pleasing concepts. Look forward to experiencing more of his fourth album, ‘Superpower’ on August 9 on all streaming platforms!
