DOH KYUNGSOO (D.O.)

Returns to Manila for 2025 Asia Tour ‘DO it!’ on August 16 at the SM Mall of Asia Arena

Attention, EXO-Ls and Dandanies! DOH KYUNGSOO is set to return to the Philippines with his first full-scale solo concert on Saturday, August 16, 2025 at the SM Mall of Asia Arena. Tickets will go on-sale on Saturday, June 14 12PM via SMTickets.com and SM Tickets outlets. Presented by Wilbros Live.

South Korean singer and actor Doh Kyungsoo, widely known as D.O., is embarking on his 2025 Asia Tour titled ‘DO it!’. The tour will commence in Seoul this July and will include stops in Manila, Taipei, Singapore, Malaysia, Bangkok and more.

The Philippines holds a special place for Kyungsoo, as this full-scale concert follows his immensely successful 2024 visit with two sold-out shows for his ‘BLOOM’ fancon tour. This upcoming ‘DO it!’ concert promises an even more immersive and unforgettable experience, designed to fully showcase Kyungsoo’s extraordinary vocal prowess, captivating stage presence and evolving artistry.

Kyungsoo was officially introduced as D.O., a member of the powerhouse K-pop group, EXO, on January 30, 2012, with the release of the Korean version of the single “What Is Love,” a duet performed with his fellow member Baekhyun. EXO made their official debut on April 8, 2012, with “Mama”.

In July 2021, Kyungsoo launched his solo career with the mini-album “Empathy”. The album, featuring the title track “Rose,” highlighted his acoustic pop sensibilities and lyrical prowess. D.O. penned the lyrics for “Rose” and “I’m Fine”. In the same album, Kyungsoo sang in three different languages: mostly in Korean, an English version of “Rose”, and the Spanish song “Si Fueras Mía”. “Empathy” achieved remarkable success, topping iTunes Top Album Charts in multiple countries and selling over 310,000 copies in its first week.

In 2023, Kyungsoo released his second mini-album, Expectation, further solidifying his position as a solo artist. The album continued to explore themes of love and self-reflection, resonating with fans and critics alike. Tracks like “Somebody” and “I Do” showcased his growth as a vocalist and songwriter, blending heartfelt lyrics with melodic compositions.

Marking his first release under his own agency, Company SooSoo, Kyungsoo unveiled his third mini-album, Blossom, in May 2024. The album, symbolizing personal and artistic growth, features six tracks, including the lead single “Mars” and the pre-release track “Popcorn.” The album’s diverse musical styles, ranging from upbeat pop to soothing ballads, reflect Kyungsoo’s evolving artistry and commitment to authentic expression.

Beyond his prolific music career, Doh Kyungsoo has also established himself as a highly respected and talented actor. He has starred in K-Dramas such as ‘It’s Okay, That’s Love’, ‘100 Days My Prince’,and ‘Bad Prosecutor’, as well as films like ‘My Annoying Brother’, ‘The Moon’, and the blockbuster ‘Along with the Gods’ installment, one of South Korea’s top-grossing films. His performances have earned him multiple awards, including the Most Popular Actor award at the Baeksang Arts Awards in 2016, 2017, and 2019.
